The Popular Nollywood actress Chika Ike is currently receiving treatment at an Undisclosed Hospital in Lagos. Eye witness confide in  VibeNigeria.com crew that she involved in Car accident Last week and lost one of her leg . Calls made to her manager prove abortive as his line was switched off.
