The Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi is staying at a wing of the Kano State government house so as to give the family of the late Emir, Ado Bayero, enough time to move out of the Palace which they occupied for the past 50 years and also have the palace renovated for the new Emir to move in.

Billionaire Aliko Dangote was among the first prominent men to pay homage to Emir Sanusi in Kano. Cool!
