The In-coming INEC chairman is Prof Nazim Olufemi Mimiko, a professor of Political Science and International Relation and a former VC of Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State.
The embattled Prof Jega who has long compromised his position as INEC Boss, will be officially proceeding on his three months terminal leave with effect from March 1, 2015 in compliance with the civil service procedure.

That is the best thing because it is vividly understood that Jega is manipulating PVCS to hand over to buhari. Do you know that a lot people have not gotten their PVCs? Some of those who were distributing the PVCs hid them and refused to release them to their owners. Some who got theirs were deceived to sell them for peanut. You will see one person in position of 30 PVCs; Government should do something about it.
