Buhari Opens Up: I will address my Certificate Saga today

Muhammadu Buhari, through Garba Shehu, his Director of the APC's Media and Publicity, has confirmed he will address his certificate issue at a press conference at 9:00am on Wednesday, January 21.

This is because, in a rare move, the Nigerian Army (NA) openly denied being in possession of either the original or photocopies of the West Africa School Certificate (WASC) records of the former Head of State and presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
