Bola Ahmed Tinubu: A Saint or a Ruthless Villian?

Emeka Umeagbalasi of African Independent Television (AIT) on Sunday,1 March 2015 at 11 p.m., presented his findings from a Daar communications sponsored investigation of buildings worth billions of naira located within and beyond Lagos State supposedly acquired and owned illicitly by former Lagos Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu. 

The hour-long documentary, which was broadcast on Sunday,1 March 2015 at 11 p.m., allegedly “unmasked” various properties, dubious businesses and companies across Lagos allegedly owned by Tinubu. The programme, which described Tinubu as “Nigeria’s biggest landlord,” also claimed that he was “charged for narcotics” in 1993 in the United States

Mixed reactions has trailed the controversial documentary. Many are of the opinion that AIT has been compromised by the PDP while others believe that the Documentary is factual.
