2face Idibia’s record label signs Victor Uwaifo

Hypertek Digital, owned by 2face Idibia, has signed legendary musician Sir victor Uwaifo in a new record deal, according to Nigerian Entertainment Today.

The details of the deal were not disclosed.

Uwaifo joins Hypertek's fledgling portfolio of artistes including Dammy Krane and Rocksteady.

Uwaifo waws born in Benin City, Edo State in 1941. His best-known song, is 'Guitar Boy. a huge hit in 1966. He served as Edo commissioner for arts and culture under the government of Lucky Igbinedion.
