Cossy Orjiakor Involved In a Car Accident (Photo)

According to a source, actress Cossy Orjiakor was involved in a minor car accident today. Its was said she was driving and went into heavy speed but unfortunately for her, Cossy's SUV was in a ditch. Although, she survived and didn't suffer any scratch.. Thank God!
