The decision by President Muhammadu Buhari not to take a stand on the
leadership of the Senate and House of Reps is a very bad one for his
party, the APC. Even when Tambuwal emerged speaker against the wish of
PDP in 2011, he still respected the PDP's choice of House Leader. But
